1. Wrap the unit with padding (bubble wrap works well)
2. Ensure 5 centimeters of padding covers all the equipment placed in the carton
3. Enclose a list of all items in the carton
4. Enclose our E-mail responding to your Estimate request submitted to us
5. Enclose a daytime contact number & return shipping address & contact name
6. Ensure the box is well taped/secured prior to sending.
7. Address the box (I know this should be automatic but you'd be surprised!)
8. When posting, Insure your package for its replacement cost (refer to our Warranty page)
9. Use a shipping carton that is strong (to survive the journey)
